Shane is so much liked in the business world because of his inherent ability to think outside the box.

Hardeep Rai enjoyed a successful 25-year career in Financial Services working in Hedge Funds of London, Venture Capital, Private Equity (worked for James Caan (ex-Dragon)) and as a Seed Investor. In 2006, he had a life-changing event when his son Eshan Who was born with a severe disability.
